Description
BME280 is a small-package, low-power digital composite sensor using APSM (Advanced Porous Silicon Membrane) technology. It can measure ambient temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure. It is backward compatible with BMP280, and the air pressure and temperature register control and data readout operations are the same. The humidity sensor has fast wake-up and response time, high accuracy and wide temperature operating range; the air pressure sensor is a piezo resistive low-noise, high-precision and high-resolution absolute atmospheric pressure sensing element; the temperature sensor has low-noise and high-resolution characteristics , the temperature value can perform temperature compensation self-correction for humidity and air pressure. The humidity sensing element and the air pressure sensitive element can be independently enabled/disabled.
