Faranux Electronics is a distributor of electronics components, sensors, development boards, kits, and robotics parts located in Rwanda. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team and help drive our growth.

Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts. This position involves developing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting sales activities, organizing and delivering training sessions, and managing sales and marketing initiatives to promote Faranux Electronics’ products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Marketing Initiatives:

• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote products.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support throughout the sales process.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service and products.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, marketing campaigns, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and social media
